While the controls on the analog Volcano Vaporizers look much simpler the classic volcano vaporizers themselves are very similar and give the same great results as the digit version.
You may actually prefer the classic volcano vaporizer’s dial control: it is quick and easy to use though it doesn’t quite give the same level of accuracy. You still have a choice with the analog version of the volcano vaporizers to use either the easy value or solid value system. The easy valve system is very easy to use with the valves already attached to the vapor balloons you fill from the vaporizer. You can then use the easy valve and balloon several times. The balloons are easy to use and the valve can be held in the mouth for hands free operation: you inhale the vapors from the balloon at you own pace. The solid valve is used in the same way accept you can change the balloons and the valves is designed to be easy to clean so you can keep on using it for a long time. Though more fiddly the solid valve does work out as better value and means you can create balloons at the size you want.
The Analog volcano vaporizers have a temperature range of 130 to 230 degrees Celsius, that’s 266 to 446 degrees Fahrenheit. This is with an accuracy of +/- 5 degrees Celsius. This accuracy is far better than most vaporizers, which is important as many types of herb need a precise temperature to release vapors without burning and without releasing toxins. Also important is the material the volcano vaporizers are made of, while many vaporizers use plastics that when heated may let off toxins: with the classic volcano vaporizers you have a safe product made out of stainless steel with a ceramic biomass heating chamber that will last much longer and is completely safe.
The stainless steel on the volcano vaporizer makes it an attractive object to look at, it has the dial in the centre and also on/off switches for both the heat and the fan. The heat will warm the biomass to the correct temperature as shown by the temperature control light and then the fan can be switched on to blow the vapors from your biomass into the balloon that easily attaches on top. You then are free to enjoy the vapors from the balloon while you switch off the heat and fan to make sure you don’t waste your biomass.
With most types of vaporizer you have to compromise between a small vaporizer that is easy to hold and therefore has few features and is often made of poor quality materials, or you choose a table top vaporizer that is awkward to use because you have to inhale directly from it. The volcano vaporizers offer a great solution with the balloon being of course lighter than the lightest all in one vaporizer.
The size and materials used in the analog Volcano Vaporizer also make it very easy to clean when you have finished using it, it comes apart and the materials used are easy to clean: individual parts can also be replaced.
